I would rather see these than another adoption dashboard.

Hi,
If I walked into your company tomorrow, I would not hand you a 97-question leadership assessment.
I would ask for four numbers.
Decision time.
How long from question to committed action?
Escalation rate.
How many decisions travel upward that should not?
Executive hours recovered.
How much leadership capacity have your systems and AI actually released?
Financial execution.
What meaningful thing moved faster?
That is it.
That is the dashboard.
Because:
“We are becoming less dependent on the CEO”
is an aspiration.
“We eliminated twelve unnecessary escalations and recovered six executive hours this month”
is evidence.
One of those gets said at a retreat.
The other gets said to a board.
Here is the sequence:
Feel it. Measure it. Redesign it. Measure again.
Do not skip the baseline.
Most people want to jump straight to redesign.
That is why the fix does not hold.
Once you have a baseline, you can finally answer whether your leadership systems, your AI investment, and your executive team are actually making the company more capable without requiring more of you.
That is the outcome.
If you have been running the tally, reply and send me your number.
Do not clean it up.
Just send it.
If you have not started yet, reply BOTTLENECK.
Lisa
P.S. If the number makes you slightly uncomfortable, good.
Uncomfortable is workable.
Vague is not.
